USING YOUR PASS

When can I use my pass?
You can use the pass for one session only of the specified film. Valid even with “No Free Tickets” restrictions.

In Australia?
Present the pass at the ticket box and you will be entitled to one ticket per unique code for one session only, of the film listed on the pass. Valid even with “No Free Tickets” restriction. Not valid on cinema discount days, Saturdays after 5pm or Public Holidays. Not valid with any other offer. Not valid at Village Cinemas for Gold Class, 4DX or special events. Not valid for Special events and screenings, Gold Class, IMAX, V-Max, 4DX, Boutique, Event Junior or Recline or Premium seating concepts at EVENT Cinemas, Greater Union, BCC and GU Film House Cinemas. Not valid at Moonlight Cinemas or Skyline Drive Ins. Not valid at HOYTS Xtremescreen, HOYTS DBOX, HOYTS LUX, HOYTS Special Events. Not valid at Reading Cinemas for Gold Lounge, Premium, Titan XC, Titan Luxe or Special Events. This offer is unavailable during unexpected system outage periods. Not for re-sale. The ticket must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Seating subject to availability. Not valid for 3D/Real D sessions.

In New Zealand?
Present the pass at the ticket box and you will be entitled to two tickets for one session only, of the film listed on the pass. Not valid on Saturdays after 5pm, or on public holidays. Not valid with any other offer. Not valid at Village Cinemas for Gold Class, 4DX or special events. Not valid at Event Cinemas for special events, Gold Class, Boutique, VMAX, IMAX (NZ), or premium seating options.
Not Valid at Moonlight or Drive-in cinemas. Not valid at HOYTS Xtremescreen, HOYTS DBOX, HOYTS LUX, HOYTS Special Events. Not valid at Reading Cinemas for Gold Lounge, Premium, Titan XC, Titan Luxe or special events. The ticket must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and does not constitute a reserved seat. Cinemas reserve the right to refuse tickets deemed invalid or tampered with. The ticket cannot be re-sold. Not valid for 3D/Real D sessions.

Can I use my pass in Gold Class?
No, these passes are not valid for redemption of Gold Class or equivalent sessions.

FILM SPECIFIC:

What film can I use my pass on?
Each pass can only be used on the film specified on the pass. Each pass will clearly indicate this with the name and artwork for the film.

I can’t find my session, but I have my pass.
Visit roadshow.com.au and search for the specified film to find a list of available session times and locations.

Can I exchange my pass for another film?
No, a pass cannot be exchanged for another film. Each pass is only valid for the specified film. No exchanges or refunds will be given.

I can no longer attend my session. What can I do?
Please contact the cinema you were attending to organise an exchange to a different session. You may only be able to swap to a different session of the same film prior to your original session beginning..


REDEMPTION PROCESS

Passes can be redeemed in person at the cinema. Instructions for redeeming your tickets can also be found on the bottom of the pass.

How do I redeem in person?
Your pass can be printed off and handed to ticket office staff directly at the cinema.

NOTE: Your pass does not allow for direct access into the cinema and must be handed over to ticket office staff who will provide a separate ticket that grants access to the session.

I lost my pass, what can I do?
If you have misplaced your pass in your emails, a replacement pass with the same barcode can be requested by emailing [email protected]

NOTE: Only a replacement pass with the same barcode will be re-issued. No additional passes can be requested through this service.
